As a former singer, recording artist, TV presenter & theatre actress, Cheryl is a versatile voice over artist with a wide range of character voices and accents, tones and deliveries in her repertoire.
With over 20 years behind the mic, Cheryl has recorded countless commercials for television and radio, both locally and internationally. She also has experience in recording eBooks, jingles, public service announcements, and on-hold marketing messages.
For many years her friendly, chirpy voice was a mainstay on the airwaves, particularly on ONE FM 91.3 and most recently on her weekday show “Afternoon Tune Up” from 1-4 pm and on “Sundays with Cheryl”, 8am-12noon. But after 16 illustrious years she made the bold decision to leave radio. She officially hung up her headphones at the end of August 2023 to focus on building her media company Miles Nixon Media and to launch her side hustle – a coconut and beeswax candle range, “The Smitten Collection by Cheryl Miles”.
Embracing intentional living and pursuing meaningful projects is what motivates this media veteran who is now even more available to lend her voice to your commercials or corporate projects.
