DELIVERY OPTIONS
There is a flat fee of $10 for delivery within Singapore for orders below $80. It is FREE for orders above $80. Deliveries are made by our warehouse’s courier service within 2-5 working days.
Please be sure to enter the correct email and mobile number when checking out to facilitate ease of communication and to track your delivery.
At the moment, we only deliver within Singapore. Hopefully soon we will be able to cater to global orders.
PREORDER POLICY
To prevent conflicts with payments, preorders are only allowed for individual items. You can preorder more than one of each item but multiple preorders of different items must be checked out separately. In this case, delivery charges will be incurred on each check out.
If you have your eye on several different items that you would like delivered altogether, please come back on the scheduled release date to check out your orders all at once to avoid extra delivery charges on individual preorders.
Our sincerest apologies for this inconvenience. It is a safe guard to protect you from any conflict on payments and varying delivery dates since the launch dates for our small-batch candles and wax melts are staggered.
To make sure you don’t forget what items you may want to come back to at a later date, create a wish list!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For Singapore orders, your order will be delivered within 5 working days or sooner.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties and taxes are not applicable to Singapore deliveries.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellations can only be made within 12 hours from the time the order was placed and only before the order has been processed. Please contact us via the email address attached to your receipt or via the contact page. Once the orders have been processed, orders cannot be cancelled. Once an e-book has been downloaded, no cancellations will be allowed.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER SUBMITTING THE ORDER?
Addresses can only be changed before your order is marked as ‘fulfilled’. Once your order is fulfilled, we cannot make changes to your shipping address. Please send us your new shipping address via the email address attached to your receipt or via the contact page.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept any returns.
REFUND POLICY
Requests for reimbursement must be made within 7 days from the day the package is marked as delivered. Our team will review this case by case. Please contact us via the contact form with pictures for evidence. Please note that reimbursement can only be made if the evidence is provided.
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
